1.1 Scope of the Platform

jwin7 is an online gaming and entertainment platform that provides users in Bangladesh with a range of entertainment services including casino games, sports betting, and live dealer games. All services and features offered on this platform are subject to these terms.

3.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Transactions through third-party accounts are not accepted and may be cancelled or forfeited.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

jwin7 generally processes all approved withdrawal requests within 1 hour. Additional time may be required if identity verification or security checks are needed. We reserve the right to decline or hold withdrawal requests if we believe any suspicious activity or fraud has occurred.

3.3 Transaction Verification

jwin7 reserves the right to conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for any transaction. This may include national identity card verification, mobile number verification, and other relevant documents. Failure to provide the required information in a timely manner may delay the withdrawal process.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; or depositing ৳12,000 earns a ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000. The bonus amount will not exceed ৳10,000 under any circumstances.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Specific terms apply to each bonus offer, which will be detailed on the offer page.
• Bonuses may only be used on games that are approved under the specific offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without completing the wagering requirement.
• If a member abuses the bonus system, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

5.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

jwin7's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular play. Specific benefits and terms apply to each tier separately.

5.2 Cashback Terms

VIP cashback is calculated weekly and credited to eligible members' accounts. The amount, timing, and eligibility of cashback are determined at jwin7's own discretion. jwin7 reserves the right to cancel cashback if any manipulation or unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jwin7 platform:

• Engaging in fraud, deception, or any other illegal activity.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting any bug or technical error in the platform for unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users.
• Attempting to manipulate any game or bonus system.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities are carried out, jwin7 may take the following actions:

• Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account.
• Forfeiture of any bonus or winnings held in the account.
• Cancellation of the relevant transactions.
• Legal action where applicable.

10.1 Account Closure by jwin7

jwin7 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons: breach of terms, suspicion of fraud or deception, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or failure to meet applicable legal obligations.

10.2 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing the account, the applicable terms for withdrawing any existing balance must be met. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement are not withdrawable.

11.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute or complaint, the member must first contact our support team. We consider all complaints fairly and impartially. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support team, the matter will be escalated to jwin7's management authority. jwin7's final decision will be considered binding in all disputes.

11.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and fair play is ensured. If a game result is affected by a technical error, jwin7 reserves the right to void that game or arrange for it to be replayed.
